 Name is late Mr. MUMTAZ HUSSAIN.
 Born - 1943 in Bareilly, U.P.
Sound personality.
Intelligent, wisdom.

3. Family Life
 Wife - Mrs. ANWARI BEGUM.
 4 sons and 2 beautiful daughters.

4. Service life
 He was a Government contractor.
 Constructed – GGIC, Govt. Polytechnic,
cinema hall etc.
 He was popularly known as “THEKEDAAR
SAHAB”.

5. About his values and principles
 Got taleem in Islam.
 Honest, kind and lovable person.
 He believe proper utilization of resources.
 He believes in statement “KARM HI
POOJA HAI”.

6. What I learned.
 Determination.
 To act ethically.
 Different approaches to solve a problem.
 Honesty.

 To learn new thing.
 Motivate me for studies.
 Encouraged me to become good person.

8. Unforgettable moment
 Tour to shimla.
 Gifted a cycle to me on my birthday.
 Once I refused to study, he slapped me.

 He had intelligence, wisdom, long experience.
 Ability to judge a person.

10. Painful moment
 In 2009 he seriously got ill.
 And died on 14th April 2009.
 It was really a painful moment.
