5. 2. The creator of X sketched out the original drawings for the main
characters in a matter of a few minutes while sitting outside their
producer's office. The idea was that each character had to be
instantly recognizable by their silhouette.

8. 3. According to amateur historian and nerd Will Cuppy, a 'X' was a
seven-stringed harp played in Ancient Egypt.
X is a word used by the main character of the show to signal that
what they said immediately before this utterance was to be taken as
a joke. In later seasons, it becomes something of a catchphrase.
Stephen Engel has been credited as the one who came up with the
word X for the main characterâs catchphrase
Brazilian biologist Andre Nemesio named the species of Brazilian
orchid bee âEuglossa Xâ after this catch phrase.

11. 4. On January 4, 2019, a video appeared on YouTube feed entitled "X's
Void: What Actually Happens When * BING *". It consists of five hours
of X standing around in the void, occasionally disappearing.
YouTube commentators soon noticed that the disappearances were
about 22 minutes long, the length of an episode.
X refers to himself/herself in the third person when discussing
him/herself as if he/she is an object.
X is also referred to as "Busty Alexa" by another character.
X is also the name of the air service that takes people to area 51,
"Just Another Non-Existent Terminal", which in essence is exactly
what X is.

chronicled the lives of high school friends.

17. 6. In George MacDonald's At the Back of the North Wind, the North
Wind comments about X that, "...[O]ne does not exactly know how
much to believe of what she says, for she is very naughty sometimes..."
X also symbolizes change in P. L. Travers' Mary Poppins series.
In Native American Iroquois culture, X is said to be brought by the
Moose, whose breath blows the grey mist and sends down cold rains
upon the earth.
Y was a character named after X's Greek name in the fourth season
of a BAFTA winning 2010 TV series, where Y's role in the last season
saw a lot of mixed reviews from the audience. This series was the
turning point in the career of its lead actor, who has now also
become a part of the Marvel-verse.

20. 7. While it may be coincidental, the choice of the name "X" for the
family is interesting. There is a rather famous mansion in California
built by Sarah X, wife of the gun magnate, which was under constant
construction for thirty-eight years for paranormal reasons.
According to legend, the reason for the constant building was that a
medium told her that if she ever stopped building, the spirits of
people killed by people using X rifles would come after her. The
strange design of the mansion is also attributed to this. It was built
with dead ends and stairs to nowhere, allegedly to confuse spirits.

23. 8. Can a bad finale ruin a whole series? The popular (and proper)
answer to this is no. The pleasure- particularly in a sitcom- is all in
the journey and that should be more than true for X. Though the
finale canât invalidate the pleasures of the showâs run, it does create
the impression that the seriesâ creators were telling a vastly different
story from the one they seemed to be, and it provides the ending for
a story that much of the audience wasnât aware it was even supposed
to be watching.

32. 11. In October 2018, Johnny Walker introduced a line of X - themed blends,
the most famous one of which was Y, which is best served from the freezer.
Ys happens to be one of the MVPs of X, whose existence is seriously
denied by those who hold power, until they're shown proof in season 7 of X.
Ys are very hard to slay, unless one has a special metal or a very specific
mineral, the latter being named after a mythic animal, which are also very
important in X.

35. 12. X has recently made Grammy Awards history by winning both song and
record of the year.
X also acted in a TV Series. X began the series as an arrogant, selfish jock
who was so concerned with keeping his former High School status that he
wore his letterman jacket for the first few days to college.
Eventually, X evolved from his original persona into an overly sensitive
and goofy nerd. The transformation was largely due to his newfound BFFs
mutually beneficial friendship, which X seemed to lack in his high school
years.
X also has his stand-up comedy show on Netflix.

38. 13. "We learned a lot of lessons [on The O.C.] in its kind of crazy
four-year run that we wanted to take and apply to something
moving forward," Schwartz said. "And we were really excited about
doing something in New York."
Schwartz and Savage who were the creators and showrunners of
The O.C talking about the upcoming project of theirs.
Each episode of this show title is a play on a famous movie title.
While the show was airing, the show experienced a breach in their
database that lead to major script leaks. During the fourth season,
producers were forced to hire a private investigator after scripts
continued to appear online. The investigator later found that the
details were being sold on eBay by a teenager, who could not be
prosecuted due to their age.

41. 14. The last episode of X was dubbed "Felina." Not just an anagram for
"Finale" (on its own a cool nod), this is also the name of the song played in
the episode that basically summarized the plot in its lyrics, though it was
written decades before.
The creator personally selected "Baby Blue" by Badfinger as the song to be
played during the final scene, of the series, despite numerous objections
from his music team. The song was purchased from iTunes over 5,000
times the night of the finale's initial broadcast and re-entered the
Billboard charts more than 40 years after it was first released.
There is an alternate, The Bob Newhart Show-style, ending for the series
finale on the final season Blu Ray/DVD set. It involves one of the
protagonist reprising his role of Hal from Malcolm in the Middle, as he
wakes up from a nightmare (the events of X)

The Finale title âFelinaâ is also clever in the sense that it's also a
