2. What is a project?
 Project is a temporary that it has a defined beginning
and end time also defined scope and resources.
 It is a specific set of operations designed to
accomplish a singular goals.
 Other definition is Endeavour in which human,
material and financial resources are organized in a
novel way, to undertake a unique scope of work, or
given specification, within constraints of cost and
time, so as deliver beneficial change by quantitative
and qualitative objectives.

 A goal or objectives
 A triple constraint which are scope, cost
and time.
 A start and end date.
 A sponsor and stakeholders.
 A design and requirements defining the
details of the goal

 A project manager which includes the
tracks and report progress, indentifies
and solves risks, issues and problems
manages the team project.

5. How is a project different from
what most people do in their day-
to-day jobs
 Answer:
Project have it goals and objective
beginning and ending. The project will end
when it reached the objectives or the
project is terminated while day-to-day jobs
is done to sustain the business.
