  5. 5. Bivalves • 15,000 species • Consist of two shells attached to each other • Used their, mantle cavity to feed by trapping suspended particles in water and for gas exchange
  6. 6. Cephalopods • • • • Meaning “Head-Feet” Most active mollusks Moves very fast using their arms and tentacles Examples of these are cuttlefish, squid, and chamber nautilus
