Meeting local standards is a pain. Especially when
undertaking foreign projects.
About all the different parts involved in a
successful design. (u values, moments, loading)
CAD software can be a challenge! But once
mastered can make the process much more
efficient.
Litigation between client and contractor is key.
And of course, lots of hard work.
