 Responsible for all staffing assignments for multiple services including: GYN, vascular, neurosurgery,
orthopedics, robotic, cardiac, general and plastic;

 Promotes open communication among all staff members to provide the highest quality and safest care
for patients;
 Monitors the work of eight to ten perioperative turn-over attendants.
 Oversees RN, CST monthly staffing schedules and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure adequate
personnel are available to provide the safest and highest quality of patient care;
