group
Click Yes
You have now joined the
network
Enter your first name, last name
and job title
Create a password

By doing this, you are agreeing to the terms of use (which are hyperlinked on the page)

2. You will then be shown a list of
groups
Click next
If you want to add a photo you
can, but this is not essential so
you can skip
You will be shown a button to
download the Yammer App
You don’t need this to use
Yammer and depending on
your organisation’s ICT set-up,
you might not be able to
download it anyway
Click the button on the top
right of this frame
You’ve now reached the home
of the Public Sector Network
Click on Groups on the top right
of the screen

3. The Groups page will initially
only show you Suggested
Groups, so click on All Groups
Click join on the “Innovation in
Customer Services & ICT”
group
You are now all ready to take
part in the live chat.
You can chat with others before
it starts, by writing in the
comment box as shown here.
During the live chat, remember
to refresh the page to see
comments coming in.
When there is a new comment
for you, you’ll see a red icon.
