Everything's better with video. However, video can be difficult and time-consuming to produce, even with the help of the best internal production team or external vendors. And it is always comparatively expensive. Using cloud-based video production tools such as GoAnimate, an incredible amount of days, difficulties and dollars can be taken out of the process -- especially for those producing large numbers of video segments to be embedded throughout a larger training deliverable. We'll contrast animated video vs. live action, and then review different training objectives and match them up against animated video styles and genres. We'll conclude by reviewing the different publishing options, and show how easy it can be to publish to a website, blog, intranet. LMS or courseware authoring platform. Try to have 20-25 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes of Q&A ?
We ’re starting with the assumption that everyone here would like to use video, or more videos, in their training deliverables.
We ’re starting with the assumption that everyone here would like to use video, or more videos, in their training deliverables. But that you might be held back by the perception that producing video is difficult, time-consuming and expensive. That ’s why we’re here. GoAnimate solves all three of those problems.

We ’re a cloud / SaaS based media creation tool. Media = Animated Videos Which can be easily deployed in your Live presentations (such as now), IL training or eLearning courseware / LMS
Unlike other tools – Not just a slideshow. Can move the characters, walk, run, complex actions. Talk – they can do lip sync. We provide everything. Thousands of Characters, Backgrounds, Props – all grouped into different Video Maker sets You can import your own assets, such as audio, image, video and flash files – but it isn ’t required. You could sit down in your bathrobe in the middle of the night and complete a video
Our world is divided into QVM and FVM QVM – Structured Solutions focused on Speed and Simplicity. Even a new user could complete a video in about 2 minutes. And we ’re going to do that together real soon. FVM – Total creative control. Choose any characters, backgrounds, props. Move the characters and camera. Record dialogue or narration. Control the music and sound effects. Add visual effects. Demo QVM with audience interaction. Demo FVM Change background. Edit elements of the background. Add character. Flip. Change size. Fwd/Bkw. Give movement. Add prop. Give entry/exit to prop. Highlight Biz Friendly, Stickly, Models – as biz specific VMs
Show Thinking Cap. Do Studio Tour. Show Publishing Overlay if it ’s live.
Not a competitor as much as a substitute. When is this subsitution appropriate? It costs a lot more to aim a camera at something. Lots of people, camera, lighting, locations, wardrobe, sets, props, etc. When might it really be worth the cost?
