Overview of company and TA OrganizationEstablished in 1889, Carhartt is a global workwear brand manufacturing premium clothing known for exceptional durability, comfort, and quality of construction. Headquartered in Dearborn, Mich., with approximately 4,700 employees worldwide, Carhartt has a rich heritage of developing rugged apparel for workers on and off the job. We are family owned. Less than half of our associates are US based.HR department for only 15 years and a corporate recruiting function for less than 4 years.We hire about 100-200 a year – 2010-2011 were our highest growth years.My team is full cycle. From job post to screen, conduct interview, offer and all things in between like coordinate travel for interviews/relocate associate. Our focus is mostly corporate hires, but we provide indirect support to supply chain and retail as needed.We are very hands-on in every step of the way – look to balance automation with a personal touch.A shout-out to Rhonda Moon who is here with me this week. She is our Lead TA Specialist. Back in MI we have Holly and Amanda.
