Quest Employment started supplying us with Temporary labour in January 2009.
Initially we introduced Quest Employment as a back up agency due to the Cost Savings and
improved service they proposed. After successfully supplying the first intake, since then all
other intakes have been supplied by Quest Employment.
We have found the most effective part of the Quest service to be there bespoke onsite co-
ordination and flexibility to our business needs which at times is short notice.
They have also implemented, key performance figures, weekly KPI’s and Weekly Candidate
profiles all of which is crucial to our business.
