decisions in general have lead to a very bad working environment. Through research over the

The research question that I have developed for this proposal is: Can changes be made within the
management of my workplace that will positively affect the quality of work produced by our
business unit, an increase in the productivity of our personnel, enhancement of improved job
satisfaction, and a turn around for our current problem with retention of key employees? A thesis

have a higher quality of work produced by a more energetic and proactive workforce who possess a

highest goal to reach in motivation. It is placed at the top of Maslow's pyramid called the hierarchy

After have dinner with a group of illustrator friends, posters on street inadvertently grabs my
