What have you learnt about technologies
from the process of constructing this
               product?
            Evaluation- Question 6
Photoshop
 Before creating my media product I have no former experience with
    Photoshop.
 Whilst creating my magazine I have learnt to crop around images, like in my
cover image, to cut out the original background. When cutting around the
image, I have also learnt to ‘feather’ the image in order to make sure that the
edges aren’t as sharp, so they look more natural.
 I have also learnt how to input a drop shadow on the background of my
images and text to make the image or text stand out more and it also makes
    the magazine look more professional.
 On my front cover I inputted a banner, which I drew myself to create a more
personal, sketchy effect. I had to open the banner on a different page, cut
around the banner with the pen tool, then click ‘copy merge’ to be able to
put the banner onto my front cover.
 I have learnt how to change the colour balance, on images using Photoshop,
which is shown on the banner on my front cover, to keep to the house style
    using the same colours.
Quark
 Before creating my media product I had no previous
  experience with Quark.
 I have developed my skills in order to make my contents page
and double page spread. On Quark I have learnt how to input
images onto the page. You can, like Photoshop, create drop
shadows on images and text, ensuring that the image/text
doesn’t look flat on the page, therefore looking more
  professional.

Prezi
 Before starting the magazine, I had never used Prezi before.
 I have now used Prezi in my evaluation to talk about the
process and planning of making my media product.
 It is a form of a productive and creating slide share, that you
  can upload onto your blog.
SLR Cameras
 In the process of creating my magazine I had to do numerous
photoshoots, to have the images that I have on my magazine
  pages.
 I have learnt how to use the cameras given which is a Canon
camera that I had previously never used before.
 I had to change all the settings on my camera
