  1. Recent accolades demonstrate our commitment to earning the highly regarded service category. We are proud of the culture we have created that fosters a focus on service. That focus has earned us more than 65 JD Power Awards, including recent award for “Retail Sales Satisfaction”. In addition we earned for the second year running recognition as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Magazine. “ My Trusted Brand” is one of the Challenger Strategies deployed in 2011. T-Mobile needs to do several things every day: Make sure devices are ready to work the first time, and every time. Offer support for those devices. Explain everything that consumers can do on the phones. Don’t surprise customers along the way (with unexpected changes, bill shock, etc.).
  2. We look at networks and coverage differently. For example, Wi-Fi calling allows you to use the WLAN infrastructure you have already invested in to make calls without decrementing minutes on your plan. We also understand that today’s workforce is more mobile than ever, across office campuses, working from home, telecommuting, or on the road. We have developed solutions that meet the needs of these varied mobile work styles and deliver productivity as well as savings. We pride ourselves in the relationships we have with our customers. It is a true partnership that is grounded in our desire and commitment to serve our customers better than any other provider. And finally T-Mobile is all about delivering value. When we look at technology, we look at how it can deliver value to our customers, like Wi-Fi Calling than can reduce wireless costs. We don’t stop there, we also look at pricing differently. How can we deliver pricing that not only delivers savings but also delivers predictability and simplifies wireless management. All of which are important value adds for our customers.
