5.The internet offers opportunities for  collaboration and communication. 6.Learners and parents expect schools to integrate technology into learning. 7.Technology offers new ways for practising language and assessing performance. 8.Technology is becoming increasingly mobile. 9.Using a range of ICT tools can give learners exposure to and practice all of the 4 main language skills.
However... NEW TEACHING AND LEARNING DO NOT  AUTOMATICALLY LEAD TO A NEW CULTURE  OF LEARNING... THE ADOPTION OF  ICT  SHOULD REPRESENT A COMPLEMENT AND ADDITION TO  PRESENT MODELS...
