dr. ir. Laurens De Vocht is an information technology analyst at ArcelorMittal Belgium. He obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering at the KULeuven in 2011 and specialized in human-computer interaction. After being active as software developer in an enterprise specialized in custom search engine solutions, he was a researcher at imec-IDLab-UGent from 2012-2017 and succesfully completed a PhD focused on methods and techniques for searching and interacting with Linked Data.
