Milestone Communications Proposed Agreement  Milestone is a developer and owner of wireless communications structures and facilities and provides leasing, permitting, construction, marketing, manage ment and ownership of multi-tenant antenna facilities.  Owner and Milestone wish to enter into an Agreement by which Milestone shall provide Owner with services described and Owner shall provide Milestone exclusive rights to market the Sites to wireless communication companies and to negotiate
