1. CASTING CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
This agreement is made on 22nd October 2014 between company (Un-masked productions) and
the future cast members of this production.
BETWEEN: Un-masked Productions, Turnford School EN8 OJU
AND: Eda Ozturk, Turnford School EN8 OJU
FOR GOOD CONSIDERATION, and in consideration of employment with Un-masked
Productions and Eda Ozturk hereby agrees to and acknowledge the following terms and
conditions.
ARTICLE 1.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
1.1 All information within this document is legalized and shall be kept between the employer and
casting members for as long as the contract is intact
1.2 All members of the cast are obliged to follow the instructions from the script until the
contract is ended or terminated
1.3 If it should be necessary for the casting members to disclose confidential information to third
parties in the course of the business relationship with the production company, the third
parties must be formally instructed or given a period of time before this takes place.
1.4 If Production Company further agrees, after the terminations of this agreement, not to make
use of any Confidential Information to solicit current or future customers of Un-masked
Productions.
