4. ESTABLISHED TO BRING AUDACIOUS IDEAS TO LIFE
Founded in 2010 by engineering school graduates and artists in collaboration
Non-profit in 2012 to sustain the space as a community benefit organization
$450K budget in 2012, $1.4M organization today with over 95 percent earned income

Arts festival participation includes support for Boston Burners, Firefly
