3. English is the most commonly used language among foreign language
speakers. Throughout the world, when people with different languages
come together they commonly use English to communicate.

4. We need political, economic and cultural link with the rest of the world.
English is the language of international politics.

5. It is the medium for all discussions in the UNO and Common wealth.

6. English is commonly spoken throughout much of the world due to Great Britian’s expansion during the
colonial age. People in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, parts of Africa, India, and many smaller island
nations speak English. English is the commonly adopted second language in Germany, Norway, Sweden,
Denmark and the Netherlands. Speaking English opens these countries and cultures up to you.

7. LIBRARY LANGUAGE
A new word is added to the dictionary every two hours.
About 4,000 words are added to the dictionary each year.

8. Students need to depend on libraries for their studies.
Modern information in any branch of knowledge is more easily available and
accessible mostly in English books or books translated in English.
English will serve as a library language for learners to understand the content of
