OJT NARRATIVE REPORT
(For Television)
I, Lady Lee, a broadcasting student from BAMC-4C, had completed a total of One
Hundred Fifty (150) hours of office practicum with Technical Operations Division/ Film
Archives in ABS-CBN, Quezon City from April 03, 2012 to May 07, 2012.
On the first day of my internship, I felt so nervous to commit mistakes because I was a
newbie at that time and I also felt afraid mostly when I was having a conversation with the
superiors. But in that moment I realized, I need to prove that I am firm, flexible and versatile in
any kind of circumstances. And I often showed them my best to make them amazed.
During my training days, I often practiced myself to wake-up early in the morning just to
be on-time and until now I am so proud to myself because I maintain it. And in line with this, I
always did accomplish the activities of Film Archives very well; I did paper works and
compilation of films; I also experienced to answer phone calls, transcribe and rewind tapes; And
lastly, I would like to mention the most unforgetable and most tiring activities ,which happened
inside the big Vault of Film Archives, such as getting, returning and arranging of tapes/ films,
researching and encoding Filmographic details, previewing of Filipino movies for assessment,
monitoring of temperature and humidity at the archives vault and other office related activities.
Then, at the end of the day, I will give myself enough time to rest to get ready for the next tiring
day.
Grueling yet enjoyable. Enjoyable because I knew these are the works that I may attain in
the near future. And I hope it may come true.
As time went by, I learned to value intimacy and close-knit relationship together with my
co-trainees and superiors. I learned principles of archiving. I learned to handle my
responsibilities as well as my accountability to the station. I also observed proper time
management and act with speed and urgency.
I will not forget this internship mostly the last day, which is May 07, 2012. Yes, it was
the day I end my intership, but that day was the day I totally developed my personality and
capabilities.

OJT NARRATIVE REPORT
(For Radio)
I, Lady Lee, a broadcasting student from BAMC-4C, had completed a total of One
Hundred Fifty (150) hours of production internship with Manila Radio Division/ DZMM
Teleradyo in ABS-CBN, Quezon City from June 04, 2012 to September 15, 2012.
On the first day of my training, I immediately had fun with the staffs because of their
gleeful and habitual joker personality. In line with this, I monitored and observed the booth first.
I also familiarized myself with their organizational procedures and techniques.
I always showed my self-confidence whenever I did an activity each day. I also worked
not just only to finished the activity, but I worked with interest in the program.
During my internship, I disciplined myself and practiced to wake-up early in the morning
just to be on-time and until now I am so proud to myself because I maintain it. And in that time, I
always brought bundles of maturity and energy to face different circumstances I often
encountered whenever I was on my duty.
In line with this, I enjoyed staying inside the booth of DZMM Teleradyo because I could
see the actual technical operations done along with the Disc Jockeys and Announcers. I was
placing an Art Cart on the screen for the recognition/ familiarization of reporters, announcers,
visitors and interviewees to the listeners and viewers (since it's multicasting). I also checked and
monitored the sequences of each programs and commercial gaps. I also experienced works such
as reviewing of TOA'CDs, researching or gathering information for the news and making
slideshows to be aired, placing of bumper on the screen and any related activities done inside the
DZMM Teleradyo.
I absorbed and followed instructions easily. I was opened to learn new concepts and
ideas. And during my training, I also helped other trainees to get on the job.
I would say that I enjoyed my internship here. I learned many things, new ideas, new
abilities and so on. I learned to work under deadline, developed my ability to work with others.
Increasingly, my talents and personality developed to a better one.
I will not forget this internship mostly the last day, which is September 15, 2012. Yes, it
was the day I end my intership, but that day was the day I totally developed my personality and
capabilities.
