The project consists of a $15,000,000
master planed reconfiguration of the
Marathon operations facilities including
new offices, operations and laboratory
facilities along with a new maintenance
building and security command center.
This project also included a large utility
component where all major utilities
were either relocated or extended.
Role in this Project
Team Leader in the Design, Production
and Construction Administration.
Managed the Project and mentored
young Architects through the process
from Schematic Design through
Construction Administration and
Project Closeout.

7. Project Overview
Project Cost: $13,000,000
Project Size: 100,000 SF
The High School is designed to provide
for an optimum capacity of 600
students. The design consists of
classrooms supporting the Districtʼs
required instructional programs.
A publicly accessible Library and
Media Center acts as a community-
wide information and learning center.
The Commons area/Dinning Hall with a
capability of 200-300 students.
The UIL Competition Gym is
supported by Athletic and PE dressing
rooms. The Music, Drama and Art
programs are enhanced by a formal
auditorium and stage.

The project consists of an $8,000,000
new Junior High School. The first
LEED Certified Public School in the
State of Texas. The 92,000 SF school

serves 600 students in grades 7 and

Features include optimal use of natural
light throughout the school, exposed
structure using glue-lam wood
members as well as sustainable
materials throughout.
Role in this Project
As a Junior Designer for the West
Brazos Junior High, I implemented my
knowledge and experience to
coordinate Consultants and Engineers
in order to comply with the Design
intent. Provided Design presentations
and assisted the Owner in material and
color selections for the Project. I
coordinated efforts with the Project
Architect and LEED AP to create a
school that promoted Sustainability, as
well as excellent Design features..

Columbia-Brazoria Independent School
District. This included Offices, Training

16. Project Overview
A New Elementary School in
Monterrey Mexico. The school
consists of a two story building housing
classrooms cafeteria, and support. A
two story parking area is provided.
Role in this Project
Project Architect for the Design of the
American School Foundation
Elementary School in Monterrey. My
role in this project was key to the
communication between our team of
Architects and Engineers and the
Construction Manager in Mexico.
