5. Intranet Manager: “I used to work at a place that used SharePoint. At the time I thought SharePoint was a waste of time – it seemed like it was lacking too many features. Now I know the main thing we were lacking was someone like Kat.” Without a dedicated intranet manager, you run the risk of cutting out essential communication with staff. They won’t have someone to help them learn the value of the intranet and all that it can offer them.
