The company's vision is to become a leading global provider of entertainment. It sees opportunities to be the main entertainment provider in Turkey due to a lack of competitors, and strengths include job opportunities and food/rest areas in its parks. However, maintenance costs for its large attractions and expensive land are weaknesses.
