Through education, lasting economic impact and gender equity can be promoted in Africa. Dr. Kristin Palmer presented on her work with DeAfrica, an organization aiming to empower communities in Africa through education programs. DeAfrica provides online courses, mentoring, and virtual sessions to educate people across the continent. Its goal is to create positive change through education and community involvement.
