Presented in a way that is easy to follow and understand through clear and guided
verbal and/or visual cues along with hands on adjustments where needed to correct
and/or guide students deeper into physical practice.

• During 4x75min sessions we delve into the physical elements affiliated

• Learn in a safe, inclusive, beginner friendly setting. This course will cover STANDING, BALANCING, FORWARD
FOLDS, LATERAL EXTENTIONS, BACKBENDS, TWISTS AND INVERSIONS.
• You will receive the tools to develop strength, stability, calmness, relaxation, and most importantly a connection to
your greatest self.
• Joey is the founder of UpDog Yoga. His compassionate approach with beginners facilitates for the deep
understanding of this ancient path. Joey's passion is to present this system in a non-dogmatic approach as a way of
empowering and enriching the lives of others
