Responsibilities
 Barclays is a British multinational banking and financial service company. It is a universal bank
with operations in retail, wholesale and investment banking, as well as wealth management,
mortgage lending and credit card.
 Main objective of this project is we are providing a system with all the information regarding
Transactions of bank. We will get the daily transaction data from the bank. We have to validate the
transactions and implement the business logic based on the transactions type or transaction code.
We have to load all data into DWH.
 Prepare HLD (High Level Design) and LLD (Low Level design).
 Onsite – Offshore coordination from Offshore(single developer from infosys).
 Work on Informatica – Repository Manager, Designer, Workflow Manager & Workflow Monitor.
 Work on Informatica tools such as Source Analyzer, Target Designer, Transformation Developer,
and Mapping Designer to designed, developed and tested complex mappings to load data from
RDBMS.
 Use Informatica PowerCenter 9.1 for extracting relational tables for Data Extraction Involved in
the development of Informatica mappings and also tuned them for better performance.
 Extensively use various transformations like Source Qualifier, Joiner, Aggregators, Connected &
Unconnected lookups, Filters, Router, Expression, Rank, Union, Normalizer, and Update Strategy &
