 Now a days the word Diagnosis covers Clinical Diagnosis, Laboratory Diagnosis, Radiology Diagnosis,
Principal Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis etc
 Diagnosis - Process of identifying or determining the nature and cause of disease/injury through evaluation
of patient history, examination and review of laboratory data.
