• Haka performance by our team - power, passion and commitment.
• Maori world view – identifying and sharing personal origins, an interactive session
building connections and trust
• Haka – its meaning, why perform haka and its relevance to modern organisations
Module 2 Unity and Togetherness (2 hours)
• Traditional haka – to face the challenge of death, to celebrate life
• Personal power – body, action, word and movement - focusing on personal
energy, expression, posture and breathing
• Group power – building and sharing energy - focusing on building team
unity, commitment and passion
Module 3 Embracing Values (2 hours)
• Workshop – Your company goals and values
• Haka composition - encapsulating company goals and values
• Haka actions – composing actions for your company haka
• Embracing values - performing your company haka with commitment and passion

Course content Module 1 Build Trust (2 hours): • Haka performance by our team - power, passion and commitment. • Maori world view – identifying and sharing personal origins, an interactive session building connections and trust • Haka – its meaning, why perform haka and its relevance to modern organisations Module 2 Unity and Togetherness (2 hours) • Traditional haka – to face the challenge of death, to celebrate life • Personal power – body, action, word and movement - focusing on personal energy, expression, posture and breathing • Group power – building and sharing energy - focusing on building team unity, commitment and passion Module 3 Embracing Values (2 hours) • Workshop – Your company goals and values • Haka composition - encapsulating company goals and values • Haka actions – composing actions for your company haka • Embracing values - performing your company haka with commitment and passion
