Abstract: Industrial Revelation 4.0 (IR 4.0) is the trend towards automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies and processes which include Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), the Internet of Things (IoT), Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT), Cloud Computing, Cognitive Computing and Artificial Intelligence(AI), Augmented & Virtual Reality (Hermann, Pentek, Otto, 2016:, Marr, Bernard.2018). The main objective of a TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) institution is to prepare workforce for the world of work as per the employment market demand. So, we need to develop a learning ecosystem to support skills readiness & build competencies for modern Industry. To emphasize the learners and prepare them future engineers and knowledge workers in order to cope with the increasing industrial requirements, Learning Factory Concept (LFC) can play a vital role. LFC represents a Holistic approach that converts theoretical knowledge into skills and industry-based competences through providing an industrial environment. LFC may produce highly competent workforce and Technopreneur for employment and growth acceleration in the context of IR 4.0. Considering this concept this work will present how to adopt the industrial environment in a training institute. This paper strongly recommends industry-based teaching methodology that can contribute to addressing the challenge of IR 4.0 and will provide directions for further research.
