2. Registered participants will be notified of any changes in the schedule.
3. Full payment of training fee should be made to SRTC. The policy of No Registration Payment, No
Reservation for each training course applies. This means that a slot will only be considered available and
reserved to a participant only upon full payment of course fee.
4. Payment made to SRTC is not subject to withholding tax as per Revenue Regulations No. 04-88, Section 3a,
“Withholding tax shall not apply on money payments to government agencies . . . received in the exercise
of its functions.”
5. Registration fee does not include bank charges when paying by bank transfer.
* Course is jointly conducted with the Philippine Statistical Association with registration fee of P12,000
payable directly to PSA.
