Highlight
Partner Development Funds (PDF) is a comprehensive channel partner payment program designed to increase the profitability of Cisco partners as they expand their
small business or Commercial practice. PDF provides quarterly payments to qualifying partners based upon their purchases of Cisco Small Business and Commercial
products, and it features tracks specifically designed to benefit partners based upon their level of Cisco training.
Included in Small Business PDF are the following tracks
• Small Business PDF: Cash Back Basic for Cisco Registered Partners without any additional Cisco specialisations or certifications.
• Small Business PDF: Cash Back Accelerator for DMRs, eCommerce and Service Providers
• Small Business PDF: Core for Cisco SMB Specialised Partners and Express Foundation Specialised Partners.
• Small Business PDF: Pro for Cisco SMB Specialised Partners and Express Foundation Specialised Partners
Included in Commercial PDF are the following tracks:
• Commercial PDF: Business Edition for Cisco Authorised Business Edition Resellers
• Commercial PDF: Express Unified Communications for Cisco Express Unified Communications Specialised Partners.
Partners can enroll for PDF in the Cisco Partner Program Enrollment tool www.cisco.com/go/ppe beginning August 3, 2009. Partners must enroll by

September 19 , 2009 to receive credits for sales made from the beginning of the new Cisco fiscal year. Partners that enroll after this date will have their eligible
sales counted from the beginning of that month.

Products Covered For the list of products eligible for PDF, refer to the Qualified Product List: www.cico.com/go/pdf Products may be added or deleted from
the Qualified Product List at the beginning of a Cisco Fiscal Quarter.
Eligible Partners The FY10 PDF framework comprises 6 tracks that reward transactional partners through to partners with Cisco specialisations, from Registered
partners through to Cisco Specialised Express UC and Cisco Business Edition.
Rebate Structure Quarterly rebate’s based on purchases of SMB designated products (refer to Qualified Product List).
Rebates are specific for each track and range from 5% through to 16% (see matrix over page for all details)

How do I Get Started?
• Visit www.cisco.com/go/pdf for program details
• You must have a valid CCO login and password.
• You must have Partner Self Service to be able to submit enrollments on behalf of your company.
• To start your enrollment go to the Partner Program Enrollment (PPE) online tool: www.cisco.com/go/ppe
• The PPE tool will display all of the program tracks currently available to the partner based upon their level of Cisco specialisation and certification.
• Follow the 6 easy step enrollment process which can be seen pictorially within the Partner Overview Presentation contained on www.cisco/go/pdf

start of the month of enrollment.
