Created and developed new and innovative mobile and home device management solutions to drive growth in the
device management and customers’ quality of experience space.
Collaborated with multiple product teams to develop the Community Wi-Fi Analytics solution architecture, call
flows, as well as KPIs for a major MSO. Identified gaps and drove the teams to develop action plans.
Designed and proposed an automated, proactive, multi-channel customer care solution to Sprint Customer Care
team resulted in reduction in Time to Resolve and improvement of First Call Resolution. Estimated to provide 8
to 10% Opex cost savings.
Created a new solution to address the IMS Rich Communication Suite (RCS) client configuration RFI from US
Cellular, and resulted in being selected to participate in the IMS/RCS lab trial. Drove new feature development in
Mobile Device Manager (MDM) platform and worked with Samsung device team to align technical solutions and
