7. Plural and Singular Nouns A plural noun names more than one person, place, thing or idea. Example: The boys walked down all of the streets. A singular noun names one person, place, thing or idea. Example: The boy walked down the street.
8. Possessive Nouns A possessive noun shows ownership or relationship. Example: Marcy went to Robin’s house for dinner.
