Happy Spring! It has been so rewarding to see
homeowners living in the new section and seeing the
houses turn into homes. All we need is nice weather for
the asphalt plants to open up and sod to be laid so they can
enjoy their yards.
 Currently there are 5 available home sites in the new
section on Greencrest Way. One of the best sites is a
corner lot. We will not have any more home sites until
Lavender Street is completed. The current sites are
directly across from the new school. If you haven’t
driven past yet, the school sits in a valley and is lower
than the homes that will be built across the street.
Here is some help if you have a buyer who feels that
living across from the school wouldn’t be ideal… “It’s
nice to have the school across the street since it isn’t
open nights, weekends, holidays and during the
summer. It will be a professionally landscaped
property with fields and playground equipment and
the roads will be a priority to be plowed in the winter.”
 4 walkout basement home sites remain on Zachariah
Avenue and one is a corner lot.
