The Apple device must be using the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync 16.0 or later protocol (EAS 16.x). Rescheduling or cancelling a meeting from the device will now reschedule or cancel a related room reservation in the Domino Rooms and Resources Database. 12

(https://ontimesuite.com/en/domino/addons/catering) • Map location or Waze lookups when required (Organizer had it!) • Extra Location Options, instead of an empty field (Building name/#, floor) 16

20. @LotusEvangelist keith@b2bwhisperer.com DominoCamp 2021 – June 21 & 22 Change the Purge Agent Days Example: A car is not returned on Friday, but someone else had it scheduled for Monday. If the database is purged of items more than two days old, we don't know who last had the car. To change the purge time: • Go to View --> Agents and double-click on the "Purge Documents (Auto)" agent once you are in the Designer client. • When it opens, go to Initialize under the objects tab, and change "Call purgedate.AdjustDay (-2)" to "Call purgedate.AdjustDay (-30)". Make sure the agent is enabled. Or just disable this agent entirely. 20

Reservations By Resource)to be Edited • Right Click on the Column to be fixed • Select Column Properties and click on this tab • Choose a Sort, a Type and check the Blue Circle! • Click on X to leave the mini Window • Close the view or Press CTRL-S 23

Expand Code section and double click on Agents 3. Click on the New Agent button 4. Give the agent a name and change the type from LotusScript to Formula 5. In the programmer window, type: @DeleteDocument 6. Click on the green check mark 7. Save and close the agent 8. Find the bad document and select the agent from the Actions menu 25

Shut down the Sched and Calconn tasks on all clusters and flush the database cache with the following commands: • tell sched q • tell calconn q • tell RnRMgr q (Domino 7 and later) • dbcache flush Several “dbcache flush” commands may be required depending on the operating system and server load. 32

Issue the following commands on all clustermates (not case sensitive): • load sched • load CalConn • load RnRMgr (Domino 7 and later) 33
