39. Drawbacks:
Location of toilet doesn’t seem to be convenient
toilets lie at a distance of 100m from the rare sides.
The FAR recommended for commercial building in
Kathmandu valley is 3 but the FAR of UWTC is 3.9.
There is only one access to the fifth floor.
The central elliptical staircase is not being properly
used.
