     designed to establish and identify model practices for federal agencies—both large
     and small, and both new and established, to help agencies become model 21st
     century agencies driven by innovation and the adoption of best practices.



R E S U LT S I N C L U D E
     Facilitated internal focus groups and brainstorming sessions to launch interagency governmental
     ‘Best Practices’ initiative.

     Designed, and launched an associated website, and an internal and external communications
     strategy. Secured media attention with radio and blog coverage.
