I doubled employee productivity by implementing new time management procedures
Having budgeted 1.5 M, I implemented renegotiation & cost-cutting measures which resulted in actual
spend coming in at 40 % below estimates
Negotiated lower rates with suppliers which enabled the company to purchase more and increase its
volume of sales by an additional 1.5 m.
Successfully negotiated lower media advertising rates which resulted in the company being able to
extend its new brand launch by a further three Months
Boosted SSPC Sales by 180 M, representing a 35% increase year-on-year.
The advertising campaign I developed in PVS kindled audience interest and led to a dramatic increase
in sales by 21%
