4. Importance of Communication
• In modern professional organization a great deal of
importance is therefore attached to devising and
maintaining an efficiency system of communication.
• Researcher in this area have shown that 70% to 80%
of the total working time of the professional is spent
on communication.
• In India where the other language are also used for
this purpose, out of total time spent on
communication 64.14% is on communication in
English as against 27.22%in Hindi and 8.64% in
regional language.
