ShopList is a potential customer of Pivotal Tracker. ShopList determines that they want to use Pivotal Tracker for their project management. Then they discover that they can not only buy Pivotal Tracker by itself, but also buy bundles of apps that work with Pivotal Tracker. The market, in real-time, decides which apps are the most valuable based on actual usage (or revenue, or a combination).
