Our “Reality Check” Budget provides our clients
with the cost framework to choose what to do.

Once they make that decision we get to work
clarifying every detail of the real project so that
you can provide a fixed cost for the scope of
work items we’ll include in our contract.

What happens next?

Once our client signs the construction
contract we will be sending you your
signed Independent Contractor Work
Authorization (ICWA).

You will be notified of the schedule
and asked to maintain a commitment
to your place in the master plan.
