What is P.E? Physical education, is a method of education to help in development of the total person through motor skills and fitness.
Why it is important? • It is the only subject that teaches students about their body, the changes thet it is going through. • It gets the students outside, learning to live a active lifestyle. • Provides the opportunity to make informed decisions about life.
