Kasian has created a new workplace environment for
Williams Engineering Ltd’s Corporate Leadership Offices and
Edmonton Regional office in the First and Jasper Building.
This 37,000 sq. ft. U-Shaped office setting, has an abundance of
natural light, large wide open spaces and soaring ceiling heights,
giving this tenant space a dramatic foundation. This workplace
was developed highlighting William’s Engineering’s Core Values,
not as statements, rather inherent in the way the space is
designed and how it supports their people and the way they work.
The corporate office team has open work areas with work privacy
and access to various forms of meeting spaces from formal to
family style, while the regional office offers large team settings
supported with a multitude of small collaboration spaces. The
look and feel of the space captures the spirit of Williams, in a
modern and transparent concept, balancing the basic rawness of
the building with warm welcoming elements. Kasian provided full
scope of services including; Programming, Workplace strategy,
Design and Construction Documentation, Site Services and
Furniture Assistance.
