I am currently working at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Prior to academia I was a teacher across various levels of schooling.
My research interests are in the field of instructional design and educational innovation. Most of my work focuses on ICT integration in teaching and learning processes and how this can be associated with teacher and school characteristics. This encompasses the idea that innovations should be situated within the wider field of school improvement.
