Pack Less is a new flexible pallet concept that aims to replace wooden pallets in supply chains. It is made through a 100% mechanical process using polypropylene, making it very light at 2.5-3 kg compared to traditional 15-40 kg pallets. Pack Less is fully recyclable, hygroscopic, and has high mechanical strength of up to 14 tons, while using 70% less energy and reducing environmental impacts compared to wooden pallets over their lifecycle. Pack Less can be customized for different customers and products, and is shown to be used for transporting bags, big bags, bins, and bobbins.
