The information you are about to learn is invaluable. Which makes me a pack-rat with a purpose. What dawned on me was there were only a few fundamentals that make up this whole complex matrix of branding, marketing, advertising, selling. And I wanted to bring that from the psychology, and corporate and industry lingo down to main street and you and I. Unlike the gurus, authors and marketing executives, I am a small business owner. I clean up the lunch room, take out trash, have customer issues, employee issues and have no ideas where a day goes. I have items on my things to list that are older than some of my 6 children.
