2.  Combining his project management and
investment banking abilities, Joshua “Josh” Neale
Wolcott of Denver brokers deals around the
United States to lease and develop lands using
environmentally friendly processes. As part of the
management team of Cimmaron Resources, Inc.,
headquartered in Denver, Joshua “Josh” Neale
Wolcott is the director of operations and land.
According to the Cortez Journal, nominations for
bidding opportunities for oil and gas leases in
Colorado have been received by the Tres Rios Field
office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).

3.  Currently, the nominations are open to the
public to review and look into any possible
environmental effects of oil and gas
development in the area.
More than 17,000 acres, separated out into 16
parcels and including land crossing Archuleta,
Dolores, Montezuma, and San Miguel counties,
are up for consideration. Bidding by private
companies and landowners are set to take place
February 2017 through an oral auction by the
local BLM office.
