HOLY ROSARY GUIDE
Leader: Sign of the Cross
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Leader: THE APOSTLES CREED
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in
Jesus Christ, His only son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy
Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was
crucified, died and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day He
rose again. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy spirit, the
Holy Catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, and the
resurrection of the body, and the everlasting life.
THE LORD’S PRAYER
Leader: Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed by Thy name; Thy kingdom
come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Response: Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we
forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation; but deliver
us form evil. Amen.
THE HAIL MARY (three times)
Leader: Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou
amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

our death. Amen.
GLORY BE
Leader: Glory be to the father, and to the son, and to the Holy Spirit.
Response:As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

Oh my Jesus, forgive us of our sins. Save us from the fires of hell. Lead all souls
into heaven, especially those who need most of your mercy. Amen.

men of good will."

sparing him to look upon his Saviour and foretold your sufferings by the words:
"Thy soul also a sword shall pierce.

fill the jars with water. When the people tasted the water that had become wine,
Jesus revealed His glory, and his disciples believed in Him. Lord, give us the grace

is my body which will be given for you; do this as a memorial of me." He did the
same with the cup and said, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood which will
be poured out for you." Dear Jesus, through the gift of the Eucharist may we live

ORATIO IMPERATA AGAINST COVID -19
God our Father,
We come to You in our need
To ask Your protection against the 2019 N-Corona Virus,
That has claimed lives
And has affected many.
We pray for Your grace
For the people tasked with studying the nature and cause
Of this virus and its disease
And of stemming the tide of its transmission.
Guide the hands and minds of medical experts
That they may minister to the sick
With competence and compassion,
And of those governments and private agencies
That must find cure and solution to this epidemic.
We pray for those afflicted
May they be restored to health soon.
Grant us the grace
To work for the good of all
And to help those in need.
Grant this through our Lord, Jesus Christ, Your Son,
Who lives and reigns with You, in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God, forever and ever. AMEN.

ORATIO IMPERATA FOR PEACE
Almighty God and Father,
We beseech You in this time of so much discord in our world.
To stay the hands of powerful nations
That they may not use them
To trigger the use of weapons of mass destruction.
Open their minds to the evil and harm
That war and these weapons
Can bring upon Your sons and daughters
Whose hearts only long for peace.
We come to You in earnest supplication
To soften the hardened hearts
Of rulers and leaders of armed states and groups
That they may hear the cries
Of the mothers, the children, the young men and women
who wish to grow in peace and tranquility,
In lands torn apart by violence and strife.
Almighty Father,
Direct the hearts of violent rulers to peace.
Give us the grace to be one
To work for and promote peace.
We make this our prayer
Through our Lord Jesus Christ Your Son
The Prince of Peace.
In the unity of the Holy Spirit
God forever and ever. Amen.

ORATIO IMPERATA FOR DELIVERANCE FROM CALAMITIES
Almighty Father,
We turn our hearts to You in gratitude,
for the wonders of creation of which we are part,
for Your providence in sustaining us in our needs,
and for Your wisdom that guides the course of the universe.
We acknowledge our sins against You
and the rest of Your creation.
We have not been good stewards of nature.
We have confused Your command to subdue the earth.
The environment is made to suffer our wrongdoing,
and now we reap the harvest of our abuse and indifference.
Global warming is upon us.
Typhoons, floods, volcanic eruption,
and other natural calamities occur
in the increasing number and intensity.
We turn to you, our loving Father,
and beg forgiveness for our sins.
We ask that we, our loved ones
and our hard earned possessions be spared
from the threat of calamities, natural and man-made.
We beseech You to inspire us all
to grow into responsible stewards of Your creation,
and generous neighbors to those in need.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen
Our Mother of Salvation, pray for us! (3x)
