Stay calm - Calm your mind. Take a walk in the open or have
coffee.
Speak right away - Confront the moment you calm your mind.
Speak as soon as you notice deviation from work attitude. Wasting
time aggravates poor performance.
Keep it private - Speak to the staff in private and keep the
conversation casual.
Use data - Use facts and data points when speaking to avoid
unnecessary argument.
Speak clearly - Avoid confronting and praising in the same
interaction.
Change Employee Performance
