presently working as the President of H & A Engineering. He
has brought his machining knowledge to the firm. There, he
has helped integrate his many years of experience with
state-of-the-art equipment with the purpose of creating a
dynamic production system. He has worked hard to pass his
knowledge and understanding of the machining industry to
the next generation of machinists at H & A Engineering.

Agnes du Randt has been working for a large company in the
service department for the last fifteen years. She is the 50%
share holding partner at H & A Engineering. She helped out
with the administrative work such as accounts receivable,
banking filing etc. She dedicatedly performs her job
responsibilities and personal commitments. She and Hendrik
have been married for 41 years and have three children. The
couple came to Canada from South Africa 17 years ago and
became citizens in 2002. In her free time, she likes
gardening and dress making.
